 Verified We had such a great experience with Showtime Family Plumbing! Our water heater broke in the middle of the night, and they were able to come out first thing the next morning. They were upfront and honest about what was going on and gave us several options at different price points without making us feel pressured at all. We ended up needing to replace the water heater, and they were able to get everything taken care of that same day. Everyone was incredibly kind, positive, and easy to work with.  Verified Highly recommend Showtime Family Plumbing! David and Darren came out to my business to check for a possible leak, and they were awesome. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They inspected everything and explained that there was no sign of an actual leak and that it looked more like moisture. They could have used the special leak-detection equipment and charged me, but they were honest and told me it wasn't necessary. They didn't charge me anything for coming out and checking everything. I also shopped around before calling them, and they had the best pricing compared to everyone else I contacted. Great service, fair pricing, honest people, and they really know what they're doing.  Verified Awesome company. I called this morning to have someone take a look at my tankless water heater. Mike was here within an hour and a half, gave a very reasonable estimate to replace my old system and was able to start working on it immediately. Mike and Sam are the best!  Verified I gave a service call to Showtime Family Plumbing after I DIY'd a fill valve and shut off valve replacement. My efforts came to a stop when faced with a stuck compression sleeve and no sleeve puller on hand. I was in a mood. Mr Contreras arrived same day within twenty minutes of the call. He made a quick assessment and stated ninety percent of the work was already done. He casually removed the stuck fitting, and stated 'Don't worry, no charge'. David refused even a nominal fee for his time. Considering what it costs to run a business, this simple act of kindness is well appreciated. Thank you David and to Showtime Family Plumbing.

 Verified I had a very last minute plumbing emergency and called Showtime at around 3pm in the afternoon. Mike and Sam came out a few hours later and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had an outstanding experience with Showtime Family Plumbing and Rooter in Ontario. They replaced my old tankless water heater with a brand-new upgraded tankless system, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain the different options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the new system before they left. The installation was clean and professional, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the quality of their work.  Verified I just had Showtime Family Plumbing come out to fix a leak and that was coming up from the floor in our family room. I feared it was another slab leak, but when Sam and Mike showed up, then found a leak coming from my water line in the wall of my refrigerator . They were very polite and professional, and didn't waste any time fixing it. They also changed out my water pressure regulator as we had too much pressure coming in, and thus the problem was solved. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company for their plumbing needs. They are very fairly priced also. Needless to say, I am very happy I found this company.

 Verified I was a bad boy.  Instead of dutifully solidifying and disposing of roasting pan grease in the trash, I would just load the pan in the dishwasher, hoping the enzymes and surfactants in the detergent would break it all down and flush it all away.  Nope.  My sins caught up to me and the plumber I regularly called wasn't available.  Showtime Family Plumbing answered the call for estimates first and came the next morning.  After snaking the kitchen sink/dishwasher drain, David informed me that's only half the solution when the problem is grease.  The grease left behind will only attract more so he recommended hydro-jetting.  A reasonable investment to prevent future problems.    The sink is draining without mysterious sounds of possible impending doom and the dishwasher's singing its merry song overnight when electric rates are lowest.  I've changed my ways and make sure every possible drop or blob of grease goes in the trash where it belongs.

 Verified Had a blockage in my sewer line due to roots penetrating the pipes. Had to get a drain cleanout installed. Previous homeowner did a lot of DIY work in the house that caused a lot of plumbing issues. Showtime was extremely communicative in their scheduling and showed up on time. I appreciated the consistent follow ups on what they were working on. During the diagnostics process they found out the situation was a bit more severe and had to excavate a part of our front yard to access the blockage. They were able to do that and install the drain cleanout all in the same day. Extremely efficient work. What I appreciated the most was that they were not pushy and did not try to upsell anything to us. They gave us honest feedback and options. To fully cure our problem it would have costed over 10k which we could not do at this time but they were able to assist us in alleviating the problem and told us if we were careful with how we take care of our plumbing it could last for 8-10 years. There were no scare tactics involved just pure honest feedback.

Great customer service!! Answered all of our questions when determining which water heater to get. They also problem solved a detour in the job without issue! We had an excellent experience with Showtime Family Plumbing & Rooter Inc. ! They came out the same day we called, we had called around late afternoon. They gave us a timeframe of when they would arrive once they arrived, they quickly identified the problem, and returned the very next day to complete the repair. This was not a small repair, it was very complicated.Throughout the entire process, they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

As someone who likes being diligent and thorough on finding someone affordable, reliable, and customer friendly, Showtime Family Plumbing met that standard. David was personable, calm, and honest. They were quick with the estimate, one of the few companies that responded with what time they can come out, and finished the job within 2-3 days of us reaching out and deciding. They were fairest price of several other companies we received quotes from and were professional, communicative, and detailed. I am very satisfied with the work and will highly recommend them again.

I had Showtime Family Plumbing repair a water leak underneath my driveway and install a salt-based whole-house water filtration system. From the initial inspection to the completion of the project, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

Mike, Sam, David and the team did great work on my home. Practically a repipe underneath the home replacing drain lines, sewer, water main, etc. I also did a whole home water filtration and softener system.

They checked everything I asked in detail, isolated all issues, pointed out bad work from the previous owner(s), and made suggestions on what was the best way to approach repairs. At no point did I feel obligated to accept any work. They provided options and pointed out the necessary items while separating the optional. Each and every one on the team were open to my questions at all times and made sure to answer them in a way I would understand. Very patient and respectful bunch.

Great detailed work with much attention to detail. Very clean work with detailed invoices, before and after photos, and payment options.

Would absolutely work with again and recommend. Best plumbers I have worked with and seen in a long time.

Sam and Team did a great job again.

There was a leak from the tub spout on the bottom floor bathroom which is the one that everyone uses in the house to shower. The original valve was corroded and worn out after 23 years of use and probably high water pressure. Sam did a great job replacing it with a brand new Moen valve and chrome finished round plate. No more leaking and good for another 20+ years of use. The added bonus was that Sam didn’t need to cut any drywall as he and his team was able to access and remove from the tub directly.

The quote was very fair and the quality of the work always exceptional.

Would definitely recommend Sam and team for their honesty, problem solving, fair estimate, and quality of work.
